Lacanau golf course is situated on the doorstep of the great wine district of Médoc, just a mile from the famous Atlantic beaches and only 30 miles west of Bordeaux.
Designed by John Harris and opened in 1980, the golf of Lacanau amply deserves its international reputation. The golf course sits amongst 50 hectares of heavy pine forests and winds its way between the dunes & the groves of broom providing a different challenge on each hole.
